All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the following cases:
- You received a damaged item
- You received an incorrect item (wrong product or variant)
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@koriem.shop with your order number and a photo of the item. We will make it right.
